It's ok for a starters work, everything needs more detail.
The right arm does not have any bend to it.
It looks more like Harry Potters arm, in the chamber of secrets
"Part where he breaks it, and then has no bone in it "

Anyway, just work on the face/body more.

duhhhh! I used that site to draw the above pics. My clothing so sucks, and the hair is EBIL!!!!! EBIL I SAY! So i found another site, still didn't like the hair tutorials, and then i went and checked out 5 diff mangas i have never read before to read them and study the designs

do lots nd lots of reasearch, i had to do the same to...
