Objective:

Get as many referalls to register as possible, as you sign up, ill add a poll, the person comes here and votes on the poll, and thats how you get a referall. The contest winner will get there own Contest Winner Title and sig.

Hael no. Thats just a "contest" to get more people to join. I bet custom title will probably be "Advertiser" or "Referent"
